After extensive research and business sorting, EMAN designed a MOM project (Injection MES + WMS + MDC + APS) for Tianjin Wanyuan, fully integrating manufacturing resources and building a complete information resource database. Seamlessly integrated with ERP, employing APS advanced scheduling for rolling scheduling, it provides precise, fast, and executable plans to guide production, reducing the burden on planners and increasing equipment utilization rates.
02、Paperless Operations Throughout the Entire Process
Achieving paperless operations, enabling one-click quality traceability queries and closed-loop quality handling, forming a quality knowledge base for continuous improvement;
03、Comprehensive Production Process Control
By connecting data terminals with production equipment, it automatically monitors and understands the availability of all production resources, including equipment, personnel, and materials. The system provides real-time insights into workshop production and quality conditions and supports viewing status through various media (e.g., data terminals, computers, electronic boards, mobile phones).rowess and product quality.

The system achieves paperless equipment and mold maintenance/inspection with a three-level abnormality warning system, reducing equipment wear and improving utilization rates.
05、Intelligent Warehousing Management
Implementing barcode management for raw materials, semi-finished products, and finished goods, enabling scanning for allocation, in/out warehousing, coupled with FIFO principles to recommend optimal material preparation, achieving lifecycle management for materials.
