Electrode/Steel Full Lifecycle Management

Provides a complete solution covering data extraction, inspection point collection, CNC processing, CMM inspection, and EDM processing, covering all electrode/steel manufacturing scenarios.

Task-Based Management

Assigns system tasks, organizes programming into tasks, tracks start and completion, and manages program uploads. Programs can be uploaded separately and tasks created for rough and fine processing with corresponding program management.

BOM Import

Supports integration with upstream system BOMs or manual BOM import. Interfaces with MES, ERP, and other systems to send steel BOMs to the EAct semi-automated processing management system.

Program Upload

Provides task reminder notifications and start/completion processing within the system. Supports partial or complete program uploads and post-upload review requirements. Automatically stores programs in the cloud according to system rules.
