   The system optimizes scheduling by switching traditional manual static plans to dynamic plans, enabling workshop employees to understand their tasks for the day and beyond. The scheduling function in the system provides delay risk warnings, automatically alerting relevant personnel to molds and parts at risk of delay, allowing targeted tracking and handling to improve workshop efficiency. Additionally, it predicts equipment load over a period, aiding external dispatching decisions.

   The use of barcoded purchase orders and dedicated material tags for each material allows for barcode-based receiving, facilitating quick identification of material information, reducing the likelihood of errors during receipt, and enhancing receiving efficiency.
