The two-day EMAN Technology EMan Production Management System After-Sales Training East China Session was successfully held on August 29-30 in the High-Tech Zone of Suzhou, Jiangsu.
The fast-developing mold industry in the East China region has attracted numerous mold enterprises. With the increasing number of clients in this area, EMAN organized this after-sales service training session in East China to ensure product service and quality while addressing the pain points faced by mold enterprises. The aim of this training was to enhance the application effectiveness of APS advanced scheduling in regional mold enterprises, facilitate the exchange of best practices, and learn industry-leading application models to improve EMAN's service quality. The training attracted over 80 representatives from more than 40 companies, including Ningbo Tiansheng, Hanjiang, Shanghai Donglei, Suzhou Yeehua, and Yangzhou Hengsheng, generating a highly energetic atmosphere on site.
Representatives from planning, production, quality, project, and process departments of mold enterprises in the East China region attended the event.
The training focused primarily on EMAN's APS Advanced Scheduling System, covering topics such as scheduling implementation training, sharing of best scheduling practices by exemplary clients, optimal usage models of EMan/APS, and discussions on real-world issues faced by various enterprises.

The session included a comparative analysis of traditional manual planning versus advanced automatic scheduling, introducing the concepts and benefits of advanced scheduling. It provided a detailed explanation of the main considerations and application implementation guidelines for EMAN APS Advanced Scheduling. By integrating real production processes, the session offered an in-depth discussion on considerations for different mold types, the metrics and troubleshooting methods for various factors, automatic scheduling algorithms for special scenarios, the concept of dynamic scheduling, and implementation guideline recommendations.
In addition, typical case studies were shared, and solutions to common issues with scheduling systems were provided. Through the exchange of experiences from mold enterprises, hands-on exercises, and on-site Q&A, participating company representatives gained a deeper understanding of the principles behind EMAN's APS Advanced Scheduling. This knowledge will enable them to use the system correctly and improve production efficiency.
