On January 15-16, the Huawei Cloud Ecosystem Conference 2024, themed "Navigating a New Beginning, Winning a New Ecosystem," was grandly held at the Huawei Cloud Gui'an Data Center · Yunshangtun. Huawei Cloud, along with its nationwide ecosystem partners and developers, witnessed the new progress in Huawei Cloud’s ecosystem strategy, the upgraded partner policies, and shared benchmark cases and insights from outstanding partners. The event explored how to continue leveraging ecosystem power to set new benchmarks in the digital-intelligent era.

As a multi-faceted strategic partner of Huawei Cloud, EMAN was invited to showcase at this conference. Zheng Canjian, General Manager of EMAN Dongguan Intelligent Technology Co., Ltd., attended the "Huawei Cloud Digital Manufacturing Platform and Ecosystem Application Cooperation Launch Ceremony" and delivered a keynote speech at the "Accelerating the Cloud-Based Reshaping of Industrial Software, Building a New-Generation Industrial Software System: Intelligent Manufacturing and Industrial Software Exchange Forum."

EMAN’s New-Generation MOM Solution Accelerates Digital Transformation

Based on the capability roadmap for future factories—"flexible production; planning, on-site operations, and supply chain agility; AI-driven software and hardware, enabling cross-platform and cross-workshop intelligent operations"—EMAN’s digital production full-scenario solution has undergone comprehensive upgrades.

During the sharing session, General Manager Zheng delivered a speech titled Data Models Drive Innovation, Large Models Empower the Future—EMAN’s New-Generation MOM Facilitates Digital Transformation in Discrete Manufacturing. He provided a detailed explanation of EMAN’s new-generation MOM integrated solution from the perspectives of technical architecture, business blueprint, operating system, application scenarios, and practical cases.

EMAN’s new-generation MOM integrated solution is built on one unified technical platform, featuring two centers: the Business Center and the Data Center. The Business Center covers manufacturing processes such as process planning, operational analysis, production scheduling, advanced scheduling, intelligent design, 3D inspection, line processing, data collection, smart warehousing, and intelligent logistics. The Data Center includes functions like document data, data analysis, business data, data-driven decision-making, foundational data, and data push, ultimately enabling rapid digital-intelligent transformation across N discrete manufacturing sectors such as molds, stamping, injection molding, equipment, and medical devices.

Notably, EMAN’s new-generation MOM integrated solution leverages Huawei Cloud’s Industrial Digital Model-Driven Engine (iDME) and other robust data infrastructure capabilities, significantly improving project delivery efficiency, system quality and performance, visualization of product business logic, and development efficiency.

Amid the rising trend of AI large models, EMAN has also launched a groundbreaking AI product—the EMAN MOM Platform-AI Large Model. This product integrates database models, machining parameter libraries, quality inspection standards, quality anomalies and improvement measures, and FAQ for information systems. It transfers the knowledge and experience of "master craftsmen" into an AI knowledge base, solidifying it into process AI models to simplify and enhance on-site production management for manufacturing enterprises.
