"High-End Industrial Software Innovation Development Navigation Program Visits Zhejiang," EMAN’s AI Empowers Manufacturing to Ignite New Quality Momentum

In recent years, generative AI and large model technologies have flourished. But how can AI truly empower manufacturing and propel it to higher levels?

On September 24, the "High-End Industrial Software Innovation Development Navigation Program—Visiting Zhejiang" event was successfully held. The event was organized by the National Industrial Information Security Development Research Center (referred to as "the Center") under the "High-End Industrial Software Innovation Development Navigation Program" (referred to as the "Navigation Program"), in collaboration with the Zhejiang Industrial Software Industry Technology Alliance (referred to as the "Alliance"). Nearly 100 attendees, including leaders from the Center, the Zhejiang Provincial Department of Economy and Information Technology, the Hangzhou Municipal Bureau of Economy and Information Technology, and the Zhejiang Electronic Information Product Inspection Institute, as well as representatives from industry associations, universities, and enterprises, participated.

 

As a leading industrial software enterprise, Yi Ping, Chairman and General Manager of EMAN, was invited to attend and deliver a keynote speech titled AI + Manufacturing: Activating New Quality Momentum in Traditional Manufacturing.

 

In his presentation, Yi first introduced EMAN’s overall planning and solutions for digital factories in molds, injection molding, stamping, and assembly, showcasing EMAN’s digital product capabilities and deep expertise in digital transformation. Facing the rapid development of AI, EMAN began integrating AI with intelligent manufacturing years ago. Yi also shared EMAN’s AI applications, such as AI+APS (Advanced Planning and Scheduling), AI+Intelligent Process Design, AI+Visual Automated Reporting, AI+Intelligent Early Warning Systems, AI+Big Data Analytics Platform, and AI+Intelligent Search Engine.Yi emphasized that the deep integration of AI and industrial software is not only a technological innovation but also a reshaping of traditional manufacturing production and management models, injecting powerful new quality momentum into sustainable manufacturing development.

 

As AI technology matures and becomes more widespread, the path to intelligent transformation in manufacturing will broaden.
